Coping with Pain
Labor pains are very real. AND they are 100% based on our perception: our current nervous system state, our history, and how we’re managing the pain.
In this class you will learn how pain works in your bodymind and understand the 3 types of tools to alleviate the pain so you can get back in the flow of laborland.
Keep It Movin’
Labor is a dance. You and baby moving together to be born. Understanding how to move during labor to best support your body and your baby requires some understanding of physiological birth and an understanding of your body and how it moves.
In this class we’ll explore not only how to move and labor positions, but we’ll dive into the importance and concept of body literacy and how to cultivate it prenatally.
